Fuck your private CW rules, they’re all bullshit. If someone buys it, it’s theirs. They can do as they like with it. B)

I honestly think that if you don’t agree with the private rules don’t buy it. I have quite a few privates and have ALWAYS held to the rules. It’s called respects and trust. The person who put it out trusts you to respect and uphold their rules when you buy it. With all of the privates I’ve ever bought there’s the option to give it back to the person for what i paid for or base price and i’ve kept a list of what i can and can’t sell. If this is how you truly feel about it then just don’t buy it. Sometimes I offer my privates to my ping group with those rules and if you’re in one of my groups just get out now. I wouldn’t care if someone was going to sell it for what they paid for it if they asked me first or asked if it was ok to give it to a friend as long as they understood the rules.

It really grosses me out that people are now writing fanfic of meeting Sebastian Stan at conventions. Do what you want with Bucky but Sebastian Stan is a real person and holy shit that’s creepy as fuck how do actors deal with people like this at every convention and STILL want to do…

As someone who’s worked with and is personal friends with people like Sebastian Stan and Chris Evans at conventions I’ve learned a few things about how they act in front of fans and away from them.

First and foremost is that they tend to act super happy and excited to meet everyone because if they don’t it makes them look standoffish and like jerks. The fans will complain online and give them a bad rep at cons.

Secondly, they try really hard not to show it if they are uncomfortable or upset at cons because of my first point. There was one case I remember where a fan got nasty when a guest didn’t want to a. Sign a very graphic hardcore porn commission of the guest and herself and b. didn’t want to accept the paper copy of an equally graphic fanfic about the pair either. Yes they are there for the fans but really most of the time they just want to be treated like a normal person and not a puppy. Fans freak out about how “cute and nice” they are and don’t seem to be interested in the actually person and how they feel. So try to keep that in mind when you meet them. Just because they act happy doesn’t mean they are.

I was referring to the moment when I met him. He was really nice and got my mom to stand in the picture with us. Sebastian and Anthony joked with my mom and I before we took the pic. I would never do anything to upset or invade the personal space any of my faves at all. I know that he is a human being. The fans are here are excited about meeting him. They were happy as well not putting on at all. If someone offended them or if they did not like a question they let that person know how they felt.

As for calling Sebastian a puppy, this is apart of the fandom and I’m not knocking anyone for it. As long as they don’t call him anything derogatory I’m fine.

If you didn’t do anything disrespectful or creepy then this really doesn’t apply to you and I don’t see why you’re getting defensive.

The general attitude in the tags is belittling and dismissive. Calling him a puppy, reducing him to a few mannerisms and a nice face and body. There are people who asked how he smelled. There are people who hugged him without asking or when he wasn’t expecting it.  There are people writing fanfiction about meeting him and Sebastian falling in love with the author/reader.  I’m sure he did have fun with respectful fans, and I sincerely hope that the number of respectful fans vastly outweighed the creepy ones.  But it’s naive to think that all the fans he met were respectful both of the fact that he is not the idealized, idolized version of him many fans have constructed in their head, and that Sebastian Stan is not Bucky Barnes and is more than a single role he’s played.

Something being “part of the fandom” does not excuse it, especially when that something is behavior that makes other people feel uncomfortable or unsafe.  You may be fine with it, but that doesn’t mean he is.  And the fact is that there’s going to be a number of fans that are going to cross the line and make him, and other actors, really uncomfortable.  My concern is that, judging by the way people write about meeting him, the number of fans that crossed the line is considerably more than a couple of oddballs here and there.  And I sincerely doubt they said anything except to the worst of them.
